Is standard shipping free?
Yes. Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually prepared in 1–2 business days, then standard transit is typically 4–6 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
No. We accept requests only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, subject to the 30-day deadline and our Refund Policy.
How do I report damage or an incorrect item?
Email support@kleankanteen.net within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description, and helpful photos. Wait for instructions before returning an item.
