Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AlphaCo collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you visit this website, place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services. It also describes the choices and rights that may be available to you.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect contact information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address; order, transaction, and fulfillment information; customer-support communications; and device or usage information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral information, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps.
Checkout payment details are handled by payment providers. We receive payment status and limited transaction information needed to administer an order, but we do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or security codes on our own systems.
How we use personal information
We use personal information to operate the website, process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud and security incidents, improve the store, meet legal and accounting obligations, and—where permitted—measure and deliver marketing.
Legal grounds where applicable
Where a law requires a legal basis for processing, we process information to perform a contract with you, comply with a legal obligation, pursue legitimate interests such as store security and service improvement when those interests are not overridden by your rights, or with your consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent when applicable; this does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Cookies, Google Ads, and analytics
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, tags, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember settings, protect against fraud, understand site use, and measure advertising. Browser settings generally allow you to manage cookies, although limiting cookies can affect some website features.
If Google Ads, Google Analytics, conversion measurement, remarketing, or similar services are enabled for a campaign, those services may receive browser, device, cookie, and event information through their own technology. We use these tools only for legitimate measurement, attribution, audience management, and advertising purposes. Google and other providers maintain their own notices and controls, including settings for personalized advertising.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that support ecommerce hosting, payments, fraud prevention, fulfillment, delivery, customer support, communications, analytics, and advertising. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect people and property, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on the configuration of advertising or analytics technology, certain disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising may be treated as “sharing” under some U.S. state privacy laws.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill the purposes described here, including order administration, support, legal compliance, tax and recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
